General Rules

All pupils should be present on the school on the opening of each term.
Irregular attendance, unjustified absence, homework repeatedly not done or objectionable behavior justifies dismissal. If a pupil is absent for ten consecutive days without an application, her/his name will be struck off the rolls. After three days of absence at the beginning of the academic year without an application, a pupil will lose his/her seat.
No student, who has been absent from school or late will be admitted into class without the permission of the principal.
No child should leave the premises during class hours without the permission of the principal.
Any damage of school property will have to made good.The decision of the principal regarding the amount is final.
The school is not responsible for goods lost, Children should not bring or wear valuable articles, when coming to school.
No pupil suffering from any contagious or infectious disease will be permitted to attend school, After recovery a medical fitness certificate is to be submitted.
No present of any kind may be offered to any staff member except in circumstances sanctioned by the principal.
Private tutors may not be engaged except after consultation and written permission of the Principal.
For sufficient reasons, such as unsatisfactory progress in studies, serious misconduct, cheating or absence from a test examination non- payment of school fees, the pupil’s name may be struck off from the rolls.
All pupils when admitted and while studying in this school must make themselves acquainted with the rules notified for their conduct.

Recommendations to Parents:

Parents/Guardians seeking admission of their children ward are required to submit the prescribed application forms duly completed in all respects. When a student is admitted the parents/guardians is required to produce transfer certificate from the school last attended. No admission will be made without this. The conditions of admission will be that the parents/guardians will comply strictly with terms and date. Any further changes made in this prospectus regarding rules or tution fees or any other charges as the management may deem fit, binding on them and the same will be notified on the school notice board.
Parents are required to enforce regularity,Punctuality and discipline,they should kindly see that children leave their home in time, prepare the work set to them, devote sufficient time to their studies.
Politeness and courtesy in speech and conduct should be inculcated as well as cleanliness in habits, dress and person.
For sufficient reasons ,leave of absence may be guarantee on an application stating clearly the reason, name of pupil class and section.
All communication (request/complaints) should be addressed to the principal only and not to the class teacher.
No visitors (Parents or others) will be allowed to see pupils or teachers during school hours. All business will be transacted in the office.
Parents/guardians are particularly excepted to sign messages ,progress reports or any other documents when requested. Failure to comply will put their children to great inconvenience and render them liable to be sent home. The same punishment may be meted out for late coming or forgetting to bring books.
Parents must realise that Parent- Teacher meetings are very important and must attend them when asked to do so.
